Ayo is an Accountancy graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, VA, U.S.A.

He worked with Diamond Bank and FSB International Bank where he worked as Relationship Manager before joining ENSEC, a fully owned Energy Finance subsidiary of FSB International Bank Plc. He later worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Director of Business Acceleration before he took to his passion of helping professionals achieve their best potentials.

Ayo has attended various professional development programs including the Euromoney Foreign Currency Risk Management Training, Comprehensive Credit Course (Samiral Khalil), Fundamentals of upstream Risk Management (Petroleum Economics) as well as the Financial Analysis course of the Schwesser Study Group.
