Ayo is a University of Lagos graduate of Finance (second class upper) and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has sound financial services
experience with strong exposure in Consumer, Commercial and Corporate Banking. In the course of his thirteen years sojourn in the banking industry in Nigeria, he gained experience in business development, credit analysis, product development and relationship management.

Ayo gained vast investment structuring experience working for the premier international private equity firm in Nigeria, renowned for its commitment to the private sector led economic transformation of the African Continent.

Subsequently, Mr Arogbo proceeded to found and lead a financial advisory/ private equity practice dedicated to the creation of the next set of Nigerian conglomerates in select sectors of the economy.
